World Yoga Day June 21 with Sahaja Yoga
Yoga day is celebrated the world over today on
June 21st is a day to bring awareness to mankind about the importance
of the union of body with mind and soul. But
most people are connecting the Yoga day as only the Union of Mind, Body and Soul.
It is important to know that apart from the union of not only Mind Body and Soul is important but even more than the same, Union of Soul with the Supreme Soul is important too which is the ultimate goal for which we are all blessed with this human birth.
When the body is in Rhythm (Always remain in the present) and melody in the mind (be happy for what you have with no regrets of the past and no anxiety about the future) will bring symphony within your Soul(Which may open the door to the union of your Soul with God) Which is the ultimate purpose of our human birth. Easiest and the only means by which we can connect our soul with the supreme soul is through meditation. Meditation is a state of thoughtlessness in awareness. One cannot do meditation but one has to be in Meditation.

Yoga
with body unites with mind
Of course, leaves diseases behind
Grow
further deep with peace and kind
After
realization of the soul to become a Saint
Daily
meditate and listen to your Soul
Always
remain true- never attempt foul,
Yes, it becomes reality-Union of God with your soul.

True Profit
What we earn in our life is ‘profit’
-
till we live and consume it,
the same becomes our ‘debt’-
immediately upon our ‘death’.
what we gave in life to others-
is after our ‘death’ -we gather,
termed as an expense during life-
same after death is our profit’s size.
bother of ‘the profit’ after
death too-
to help the situation from “bolt
from blue”
with the body on earth time
spend are our 'due'-
remember after a death we have 'time' too.

into poem today)"True Profit" Poem Summary:
Union of our Soul with supreme soul to attain we can lead a yogi life even during our day to day life through this means as briefed here.
Every opportunity that you have 'pleased' somebody in your life is a 'profit' and everything that caused anxiety, tension, humiliation to others are your 'debts'.
How many people in this life 'smile' because of you are your profit, How many living beings are feeling happy because of you are your profit, how many living a better life than they were yesterday because of you is a profit, and every sad situation, every depression, every tears, anxiety and instability caused in other living being's life because of you is your debt.
Further forgiving all others for their 'Sin' towards you is the easiest profit (non-accumulation of debt) that you can accumulate in this life which will not burden you after death. And forgive yourself for the mistake and wrongs committed from the heart with proper rectification with no repetition of the same too will also unburden your debts during life from carrying it forward after death.
The above are the nursery or you can say basic which we can implement in our day to day life easily then further when we understand the Yoga methods it would be a cakewalk for us. "Sahaja Yoga" is the finest and ultimate yoga among all. With due respect to all other yogas, I would like to illustrate "Sahaja Yoga" as the 'Ocean' among all Yogas whereas all other yoga's as rivers and lakes which ultimately has to reach the Ocean only. It is like if you get an invitation of permanent friendship from The President of India, Home Minister of India, CM of certain states, then it is wise to accept the invitation of the President of India as all others are always under the influence of The President of India. Like among all various Yogas "Sahaja Yoga" is very down to earth, simple and practical without any charges for life. "IT IS FREE FOR ALL FOR WHOLE LIFE" Visa to the Gods kingdom cannot be charged. The only criteria to reach God's kingdom is to have a 'pure desire' to know the Ultimate truth and reach God's kingdom.
